-Robert Griffin III
Being a controlled scrimmage, both teams were given ten plays each to go as hard as they could. If a touchdown was scored or four downs were called, the offensive side goes back to the forty yard line to start again. With the knowledge of this, we all jogged out to the field to start the game. Ben Sackett was at Quarterback, while I played Center.
The game played on, nothing was really noteworthy, but we did notice our line had many gaps. This continued to deteriorate on defense. Fay did the majority of their plays from shotgun, which threw us off guard. Play after play they would hit long passes which ended up with touchdowns.
We did eventually earn a touchdown, but our loss would have been to late to recover (if it had been a real game). Although the game wasn't scored, (it was mostly a way of gauging where we need improvement.) their was a factor of pride. I think the team has a lot of potential, but we certainly have some work ahead of us.
